Payment modalities with PayPal

Contractual relationship: If your customer processes the payment via PayPal, ecosero acts as an intermediary and transfers the amount to you after deduction of a transaction fee as soon as the service has been rendered.

ecosero is not involved in the contractual relationship between you and your customer and does not assume any warranty for the fulfilment of contracts. All obligations arising from the contractual relationship with your customer, including the delivery of products or the provision of services, lie exclusively with you.

Transaction fee and invoicing: The transaction fee is 6.00 % of the net amount of the booking, but at least € 1.20 net. This transaction fee includes the fees that PayPal charges for processing. The statutory value added tax will be added to the fee.

An invoice is automatically generated for payments via PayPal. Your customer will only receive access to the purchased content once the payment via PayPal has been successfully completed.

Refund of the transaction fee: If you are unable to provide the booked service, but the payment via PayPal has already been successfully completed, BilDuIn GmbH will refund the amount paid to the customer. After examining the circumstances, BilDuIn GmbH reserves the right to charge you for the cancellation costs.

Payment: Once the service has been successfully provided, BilDuIn GmbH will issue a credit note invoice for you and transfer the amount earned less the agreed transaction fee.

To receive payments from BilDuIn GmbH, you must enter your bank details under "Administration -> Payment data overview".

This functionality is available to you as soon as you have purchased the full version.

Please note that the minimum charge may result in an invoice being issued to you instead of a credit note. This may be the case if the price set is too low or you have set too high a voucher value for your customers.

VAT in the European Economic Area: BilDuIn GmbH offers this service in the European Economic Area (EEA). The VAT that you charge for your customers is based on the tax rates you specify in the settings. For corporate customers in other EU countries or countries that apply a procedure comparable to the reverse charge procedure (e.g. Switzerland), the calculation of VAT is waived.
